Product fails within two weeks but working fine after replacement
Seller contact details too difficult to have. Don't know how to reach them!! Have requested Amazon for help.Update:With help from Amazon, could establish contact with seller (Ms Safi Confab Sys P Ltd). They dealt with the issue in a professional manner by sending an executive with the replacement. The replaced product has been working fine for the last 10 days. Am updating the overall rating to 4.5 and a full 5 for the professional behavior displayed by the seller. I recommend the product for use by all professionals.

Good Wireless charger for iphone 12 & 13
Good wireless magnetic charger for iPhone 12 & 13. From 0% to 100% charging is done within 2 hours 30 minutes. We need to use 18w or more charger which is not included with this charging dock.
