For precooked, shelf stable, ready to eat food, the flavor is actually really great. It's a little salty but I can rip open a package and eat it cold with no problem... It's that good. The ease of use is great, just rip open the package and eat it, warm or cold... Really good flavor. I'm impressed and it's worth the money spent on this product.Would recommend

Pleasantly surprised how tasty these are for a packet product. The texture is firm, there is nuance to the flavor; not just flat. The meatballs are just better than anticipated- 5 stars for that. The amount per packet is reasonable too. Each packet has some heft. More meatball than sauce, and the sauce that is there is thick. It is very very salty, though. That is where the slight tang comes from I think. Use this for what it is: convenience food, emergency food, DIY "MRE" option, shelf stable, or just because you like it.Not as good as homemade (duh), but not as bad as canned spaghtettios&meatballs. More like the taste texture of a frozen meatball. "does the job". I am overall very glad I got these, as they make a great addition to my working pantry and longer term pantry.I can eat it direct from packet if need be. Though I prefer to have it warmed up with extra sauce (no salt added) to take the salty taste down. Then put over pasta. If need be can be smashed up into a meat sauce, as a base to make sloppy joes, chili, tacos, etc. And of course, meatball subs.If you are long distance hiker and need to replenish sodium, this will certainly do it, haha.

These pre-made meatballs use beef and chicken, they taste great, I use them once a week, when I get home late, and have no idea what to make for my evening repast! They go well with pasta, or even potatoes! My dog approves, too! Easy to open, I like having them in stock!

It doesn't taste horrible, but it doesn't taste like spaghetti sauce either. More like barbecue sauce. Probably won't order it again.

These are very good, great for a fast meal. I have used them for meatball subs, one bag will make 2 subs. The sauce is a bit on the salty side, I added some bbq sauce to cut the taste of the saltiness. I will definitely be ordering a couple of cases. They are also great for your short term emergency food storage. The best buy date on my case i just received is December 2024 so a pretty good shelf life.

Do not buy these thinking they will taste like any normal spaghetti sauce or any normal meatball because they don't!! The sauce doesn't even taste like it was made from any sort of tomato and the meatballs taste like they have so much vinegar or just something that makes them taste so horrible I can't even put a definition of what they taste like other than BAD! I was really hoping they would be good cause the concept of meatballs and sauce in a pouch ready to go is great but sadly disappointed by the nasty flavor!

I live alone. This is the perfect solution for a meal. It's one large serving, or two smaller servings. Two meals for me if I add a salad and garlic bread. Glad I found this. Very tasty. I like a bit spicier so add some red pepper flakes

While I give something like this a try, I hate pouches for food like this because they are a terrible waste of food. Not to mention they make a terrible mess. It is a lot less hassle, lower cost and less time consuming to buy meatballs and sauce separately.WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN!!!
