This is great and works well. Made making gravy so easy.

Was delivered quick, in time to use for my Thanksgiving turkey. It was very simple to use the easy release lever and pour out the drippings from the bottom. Worked great!

Update: I was wrong.. My first unit was not cracked as the replacement has the same identical marking line at the bottom. I am not sure why it was leaking if not cracked like I initially thought. Hopefully my new replacement will function better First things first... I read a few reviews that theirs was leaking and mine was too but i figured out why. The first time using this, it worked great, but i noticed it was leaking very slowly at the bottom. At first i thought it was just a cheap design flaw and the rubber stopper just didn't have enough pressure, but i was wrong. When I got around to cleaning it and examining it, I noticed a hairline crack that started from the pour hole. It was so straight and light that at first i thought that it was part of the design but after further review, it was definitely a crack. I provided a picture for those of you having leaking issues so you can check yours to see. I retuned mine for a replacement. Now, about the actual product. Aside from the crack, it's actually a very nice fat separator . even with the defect, it worked great. It's huge at 4cups, works great for when I do pork shoulders or burnt ends on the smoker. It's designed really well for cleaning too. It comes apart in 3 separate pieces making cleaning very easy. I would not be afraid to order one of these. Normally, when i get a junk product, i would just send it back for a refund. With this one, I sent it back for a replacement because I do like it.

This is a very well made gravy separator. It separates the fat and other debris great when making something that requires gravy. I think it would also be great to use when making pancakes. Just leave the strainer part off and you can quickly dispense the right amount of batter for perfect pancakes. I can see so many other uses for this item as well. Well worth the purchase price.

This helped to make my gravy for Thanksgiving so much easier. Simple to clean and very sturdy. Glad I purchased it.

This is a must for anyone who wants fat-free gravy. It makes the process of separating so easy. I actually bought this one for a gift for my daughter-in-law after she saw how great mine worked.

I bought this because it claimed to be glass, but it is just hard plastic. It was a rip off.

Only bought the expensive bit of fat separator because it stated the material was glass, but it is hard plastic.

This project clearly states the material is glass but it’s plastic. It’s a rip off, its advertised as glass which is the only reason I bought it. Waited ages for it to arrive, could have bought a plastic one and arrive the next day.
