It’s a great size and fits on my running belt . However it does need to be done up very tightly otherwise it spills onto my running shorts.

Absolutely terrible!
I bought this bottle for a 10 mile race I was running that didn't allow hand held water bottles.The bottle leaked with every step I took which was uncomfortable. It also was in the way of my arms when I was running. In the end took it off and held it. After a few miles most of the water had leaked out of the bottle and when I tried to take a sip the remaining water wouldn't come out.Terrible design.
