Love these around the kitchen. While i use them more now for tasting and scooping things like a regular person, they're kind of in perfect shape for pastry stuff. Got great rocher/quenelle scoops out of these. Get nice control and shaping with Italian and Swiss meringue.

I love the shape

I like the color of the spoons and they are well constructed. I have put them in the dishwasher on several occasions and the gold is still great on the spoons. The weight of the spoon is pretty decent and the design of the spoon is nice. I am enjoying them.

They are cute but do turn after being ran through dish washer
