What a great company to order from! They stand behind their products, and promptly answer any questions/issues you have about their products. They may be a young company, but they have far surpassed most established companies in customer service. I had no idea that the shield/flanges came in different sizes other than the standard 26mm that Medela issues with its pumps. I also didn't realize that the sore, tender, redness I was experiencing was abnormal and meant I was using the wrong size. Enter Maymom. I ordered the 19mm set and they are amazing! No more prolonged redness after pumping, no more sore, tender nips. I can pump the same amount of milk in almost half the time! I am beyond happy with my purchase. So happy that I purchased an extra set of shield/flanges so I had a spare in between washings or to keep at work. If you're going to be a pumping mama, do yourself a favor and measure your nips. I'm telling you, this will make such a difference in your pumping experience! And as an added bonus, there's one less piece to keep track of. The shield is one piece-and I had no issues cleaning it compared to the standard two piece offered by Medela. I also boil water and put them in the sink with soap to soak/sterilize, so I haven't had any issues with cleaning. Also, they fit just fine in a hands free pumping bra....which I didn't really think was a necessity at first, but it really is oh so worth it if you're pumping regularly!

I was looking for spare breastshields recently . It was unrealistic how expensive Medela's replacement breastshields were. I was not ready to pay such a high price so I kept looking until I found these. This kit works great with my Medela Pump In Style Advanced pump. It contains everything you need to get started except for the bottles. This kit has everything that you will need in spare for the pump for such a NICE price!! The shipment arrived in good time and was well sealed. So far I have used shields and tubing and they work great. The only thing is shield is one piece but super easy to clean and works every bit as well as the original version. Thank you "Maymom" to make these so affordable for nursing moms like me. I highly recommend making your life easier by purchasing at least one of these sets if you pump, especially at work.

I'm so thankful for the Maymom breast pump parts to use with my Medela Pump in Style. I first ordered the 21mm to see if it would work and then decided to try the 19mm as it still seemed slightly larger than necessary. First, I'm very appreciative that Maymom has 19mm shields as Medela currently doesn't offer them. The price of these shields and kits are about half that from what I could find of Medela brand. So far, I've used once a day for the past three weeks and the quality seems to be on par. I return to work tomorrow and expect to pump three times a day. I expect that these parts will hold up just fine with the use. I like the single unit design in comparison to Medela's two part shields. I seem to always drip milk when removing the Medela shields from my hands free bra. With the Maymom shields, I don't have to worry about the shield disconnecting from the base and milk dripping on my pants. I just use a tissue to collect any drips from the shield. I also appreciate that this kit comes with an extra set of membranes AND valves. My one and only complaint (if you can call it that, I'm really just being picky) is that when used with Medela bottles, the measurements face my body. With the Medela parts, the measurements face out to my left so I can better see how much milk it's holding. Overall, I would highly recommend any Medela user to purchase these Maymom parts.

Love their customer service. I accidentally ordered a wrong size and they sent me the right size one!! I used to over produce breast milk so I don't know if it feels different than the genuine medela for those moms who has hard time pumping milk. but for me, i could pump the same amount as I pump with original medela parts. so this saves a lot of money compared to buying the original ones. Pros (what is better than the original medela parts): -one-piece design is sometimes very convenient; saves time to connect together and you don't need to wash separately. - It has simpler body design; easier to wash!! - much cheaper than the original ones - comes with more variety of sizes. (helps pump better!) - AWESOME customer service! you can tell them any concern of the product. Cons: -sometimes one-piece design is not very helpful; when using pump bra, when drying on the rack(takes too much space)
