My son loves these shorts
I bought the Jiu Jitsu BJJ Men’s MMA Fight Shorts in black for my 21-year-old’s BJJ class, and he’s really pleased with them! The shorts are durable, comfortable, and designed to move with him during training. The material is breathable and lightweight, which is perfect for long practice sessions, and they don’t ride up or get in the way while he's rolling. The fit is just right, providing enough flexibility for various moves while still offering a secure feel. My son also loves the sleek black design, which looks great and gives him that professional MMA vibe.If you’re looking for high-quality, functional shorts for BJJ or MMA, I highly recommend these. They’re a great investment for anyone serious about their training!

Best training shorts ever!
Elite has always been the cornerstone in my closet for training. Super quality shorts that very few companies can compete with and most definitely cannot beat the price. I have multiple pieces from Elite and they hold up very well in terms of durability. Also, these shorts are EXTREMELY comfortable. The waist band is reinforced enough that the shorts don't fall down even when my training partners pull on them when grappling.

Excellent shorts
Great quality. Nice stretchy material, does not cling to you. Feels soft & comfortable during workouts. Excellent shorts.

Comfortable and well-fitting
I cannot speak to the longevity of these shorts, but they fit well and feel good. The build quality appears to be good so far. I hope they will hold up for a good amount of time. If they do, they are going to see a lot of use.

Very good shorts
As a person that used to run a company that manufactured grappling shorts and gear, I can speak from a position of experience. These shorts are manufactured using quality stitching techniques, and are very comfortable. They are definitely the best shorts for under $20.Firstly, I like the fact that they didn't use the outdated and annoying velcro enclosure like most other grappling shorts from other companies. Elite uses an expandable waistband and a drawstring. That's it. The material is 100% polyester which is pretty standard for these types of shorts and allow them to never fade and dry fast. The shorts provide just enough stretch to be supportive, yet still allow you to move well on the mats. These are very good quality shorts and definitely great for the price. My only complaint is that I prefer the inseam to be slightly higher. Other than that, they are perfect.

Great shorts for a great price
I'm a no gi BJJ black belt, and most weeks I tend to train about five days a week. I need a good amount of gear, and I really need the stuff I wear to be durable. I came across these Elite shorts recently when I was looking to upgrade my stock of training gear, and I figured I'd give them a whirl.I was initially a little skeptical the first time I saw them for sale. While many other brands sell board shorts for MMA/BJJ for like $60, these shorts were about a third of that. I was wary of the old adage "you get what you pay for." I have owned a couple of different pairs of Elite shorts and also an Elite rashguard (see pic) for several months and they've held up well, so I figured I'd give these a go.The fit is great, the shorts aren't overly heavy or restrictive, and they are quite durable. I've worn these a few times to class, and I have no complaints about them at all. The other Elite gear I've bought also held up over time, so their stuff seems to be well made. Functionally, they are great and do exactly what I need. The only cons I have are the drawstring and the graphics. The drawstring is long enough to tie in a double knot, but not quite long enough to tie it the way I'd like. The graphics on Elite gear are also not exactly innovative or groundbreaking. I do prefer the graphics on these to my other Elite shorts (the "Sports Star" series), but obviously they don't hold a candle to the artistry from people like Meerkatsu or companies like Raven. That said, you're also going to be paying a pretty penny for those super fancy shorts. For the price point of these shorts, they look good, they fit well, and they are built to last. Definitely a recommended buy if you're looking for quality training gear.

Good quality for good price!
These grappling shorts are solid for training. They’re lightweight, comfortable, and allow for good movement during rolls. The waistband stays in place without digging in, and the material seems durable so far, even after a few tough sessions. I usually wear 36 waist in all my clothes and the XL seems to be a good fit. They are a bit snug around the thighs, but it doesn’t restrict mobility. Overall, they’re a good value and get the job done.

Good basic general exercise shorts
Nothing majorly special about these except they're generally good for all sports, of good quality and medium thickness material. They look like they'll hold up for years. So if you're looking for any kind of sports shorts that blend in basic black which is the reason I got them, these are your shorts. Well worth the money, IMO.The minimal slit on the side is useless decoration. These shorts go roughly 3/4 down my thigh and the slit is only about an inch, maybe 2 inches? I wish it had come up at least a good 4" or more just to keep a tiny bit cooler on those brutally hot days, but I think they breathe pretty well. The fit... They're surprisingly big, but not too big. I could've went down 1 size and they would've fit a bit better but fortunately I like slightly baggy shorts that won't split, so I'd say for actual sports the sizing is perfect. If you want to look good, maybe go 1 size smaller. I do have small thighs and a medium waistWould highly recommend for anyone looking for a basic pair of sports shorts that will last a long time.
