I seriously love these vitamins. I used to buy expensive organic ones and then I went for this one. I love the fact that he has high iron, especially for us women that we need iron and we use blood on our monthly cycle. I like that it has vitamin D three it is good for the skin. I automatically see a difference in my energy. I don’t have to worry about having low iron. I love it in a few content with it. It doesn’t give me stomach aches. I used the bathroom every day out of have no negative thoughts about it.

I've been taking these for years and I usually get them at Walmart and they only have 120 ct. So getting this massive bottle with more than double, I highly recommend it based on quantity and price. Good size, I take them at night so they can work while I sleep. I'm always tired and maybe they're helping. I'm experiencing immense stress and perimenopause. So maybe they are doing as much as they can considering.

Le compré esta vitaminas a mi hermana, ya que la veía muy agotada muy cansada después de su trabajo. El primer día no dio el efecto como pensaba pero después de unos cuatro días esa niña parecía ay me acuerdo como un atleta profesional le sobraban energías se notaba que estaba al 100% le recomiendo para todas las mujeres. Yo hice la prueba con mi hermana ya que no tenía energías y pasaba cansada por su trabajo ahora le sobre energía, es más le falta tiempo para utilizar esa energía.

I’m not really a consistent person when it comes to vitamins. However I look forward to taking these every day. These were recommended by a doctor overseeing a study I’m in as I’m vitamin D deficient. When I tell you I didn’t realize how bad that was until I started taking these. I just kind of succumbed to the fact I was tired all day every day. And had all the other symptoms as well. 4 days on this and I can stay up with no naps during the day. Constantly looking for things to keep me busy and just feeling great overall with lots of energy. My sleep is great too because even if I don’t notice the exhaustion any more I can still fall asleep at night and deep sleep without even noticing. Also helps lower my appetite. Must buy especially if you’re vitamin D deficient like me. It’s life changing!
