This is definitely made of cotton. I wish it had softened more in the wash.. Hopefully in time. Would be nice if it had included a flat sheet to pair with the fitted. Seems to be hard to find sets now. Rather expensive for only the fitted sheet. Matches with our comforter from another brand nicely.
