I love these markers! They work so good, they haven’t ran out of ink yet, (it’s been 3 months) and the variety of colors is amazing!! They do bleed through some certain sketchbooks though, but unless you get a bleed-proof sketchbook, (ohuhu sells one!) then they won’t. I do recommend these also for easy blending and beginners! :)

I originally purchased this marker set in August 2018 as I wanted to try alcohol markers, but as someone who's only coloring in her free time to relieve stress, become present, and relax, I wasn't comfortable dropping a lot of money on other expensive brands, like Copics. I also wanted to have a good range of colors without "going crazy" in case I didn't like using alcohol markers, and so settled on the 80 set. Overall, I have been very happy and pleased with my purchase. These markers are extremely vibrant in color and have a very good range of colors considering. At first, I did find these markers to be a little streaky, but that can be common with alcohol markers (you just have to do more than one layer, or color a little slower). After coloring with these markers for a bit now, however, I haven't really had any streaking issues. These markers also blend incredibly well. I primarily use these markers in coloring books, which they do bleed through (as most if not all alcohol markers do). Although this was an issue for me at first, I have come to just choose the pages that I really want to color and forego the picture on the back. This being said, I only used the marker set a handful of times a month and was disappointed as in recently trying to use them found that a good chunk of my markers had exploded with ink or dried out. I had made sure to be careful when taking the caps on and off, as well as making sure they were on before putting them back in the case. I wasn't exactly sure what had happened. I decided to email the company on a whim to see if there was any way that I could get those markers replaced, but didn't expect anything as it has been many months since my original purchase. However, after emailing back and forth with a very nice lady on their team, Ohuhu told me they would send me a BRAND NEW marker set free of charge, which I got in the mail yesterday. Although two markers did come in with the same issues, I could not be any happier with how vibrant and inky these markers are. As a whole, although I did run into a few issues with my original set, I am extremely grateful towards Ohuhu as they are a company that truly stands behind their products and its quality, which I think in addition to how much I have really enjoyed using these markers makes them deserve the five stars. If you are someone who's looking for alcohol markers but doesn't want to break the bank as I did, then I would definitely recommend buying this set!!

I purchased the Ohuhu Alcohol Markers (Oahu Series, 80 Colors) as a gift for my daughter, who is very into arts and crafts—and I can confidently say these were a huge hit! She uses them for all her creative projects, from school assignments and illustrations to personal artwork and crafts, and she absolutely loves them. The color variety is outstanding—80 vibrant, well-balanced shades that offer tons of versatility for shading, blending, and detailed coloring. The dual tips (chisel & fine) are perfect for switching between bold lines and precise details, giving her lots of control depending on the style or project she’s working on. While I’m not an artist myself, she’s told me repeatedly that they feel smooth, blend well, and don’t bleed through the paper when used correctly. One major bonus is that these markers are refillable, which makes them a smart, long-term investment compared to disposable sets. It’s also worth noting that these feel and perform similarly to more expensive brands—but at a much more reasonable price point. Overall, I’m extremely happy with this purchase. Seeing how much she enjoys and uses them makes it worth every penny. If you’re looking for a thoughtful gift for a young (or grown-up) artist, the Ohuhu Oahu marker set is a fantastic choice!

These are pretty good markers for the price, compared to the name brands. Better for beginners and people looking to experiment. Though I give high marks, I did run into a few issues: I inspected each marker to make sure there was no bleed or other possible mess. Some of the caps were fairly loose and easy to remove and replace, yet others required a bit more force, though nothing extreme. I found no ink bleed, but a few of the fine tip heads were loose and almost fell out. The were able to be salvaged with tweezers, but they are still easy to pull and remove. Also I noticed that there were differences in the fine felt tips. Some were harder than others and released ink at different flow rates when tested. Nothing drastic, but still very noticeable. The numbers, though helpful, did not arrange the colors according to corresponding shades. This is obnoxious if you need to arrange things by color or are OCD.... Overall a good set though. Comes with a wide variety of colors and even comes with a few shades of grey. The quality control issue Ive run into is minor, especially since you cant officially refill them. I would have liked a blender to be included, but for the price, of this set, you can afford to get a good blender that is refillable. Make sure you get decent marker paper. These do bleed, but only an issue if you are not careful and saturating the same space over and over, same a any other marker like it.

My Daughter Loves these markers!! She has done so many amazing drawings with them they are great!! It would be good if the had 2 clear pens and 2 blacks as they are used the most, 1 clear could be for lighter colors and the other for darker then!
