This book is the real deal!
What a beautiful cookbook! Even though I have been plant-based for more than 25 years, I found inspiration from Carleigh's book, including recipes that I can incorporate into my lifestyle immediately. The layout makes it so easy to follow, and the photos make me want to try every recipe! I appreciate Carleigh's positive attitude and enthusiasm that I have seen online, and I am so pleased that I ordered multiple copies of this book. PlantYou is one of those books that comes along and inspires you to give a copy to a friend or loved one too. I think you're going to love this cookbook.

Don't get the Kindle version!
I've been super excited about this cookbook. I pre-ordered the Kindle version because I rarely touch actual cookbooks but the digital format is difficult to use since all the photos did not translate well to the smaller pages. Each recipe comes with about 6 pages of ingredient photos. The recipes do look delicious and easy to follow though.

Grab this book while you can! It's amazing!
The PlantYou cookbook should be a staple in everyone's household. I have been following PlantYou on Instagram since 2019 and all of Carleigh's recipes have been a hit, so I knew I had to grab this book before it sells out! Flipping through the pages, you can see pictures of the finished product for each recipe along with visuals of the ingredients. It's very detailed, visually appealing and includes simple ingredients. This is great for anyone who is looking to incorporate more plant based meals into their life. You won't regret it!!! 10/10.

Awesome book!
I have been following PlantYou on Instagram and have tried many of Carleigh’s recipes. I preordered it immediately and have been looking forward to it ever since. It did not disappoint. It is beautiful! The lay out is amazing and it’s very well organized. The ingredients are common, easy to find items. I hope to make every recipe in this book.

Not the book for me…
I bought the Kindle version of this book having seen positive info about it. What a mistake… I guess if you have never cooked in your life, this would be the book for you. The recipes are beyond basic. I was 58% through the book and was still on smoothies and bowls. Every recipe in this book I’ve seen before. Tofu scramble, 18 kinds of smoothies, Mac and “cheese”, basic bowls, muesli, breakfast cookies, etc. No twists, nothing unique. The pictures aren’t even appetizing: soups that look like puréed baby food, dry salad, homogeneous globs of food.The Kindle version is just awful. Since apparently you need a picture of onions and garlic, every recipe has 5-10 pages of pictures of ingredients like tomatoes and bananas. Seriously? I’ve never returned a cookbook in my life, but I returned this one. The only reason I can see getting it is if you’re buying it for a high school student learning to cook for themselves.

Best recipe book ever!
Wow, Wow, Wow! This book has ALL incredible recipes, but my favorite part is the visuals. I can’t wait to make every recipe, and I know they’ll be awesome because I’ve been making Carleigh’s recipes from social media. This book is terrific, and the hard work put into it really shows! Highly recommend for whatever stage of being plant based you are!

So many amazing pictures!!!
I’ve been waiting for this cookbook since I learned of it! It DOES NOT disappoint! It’s simple to follow, has fantastic pictures, and includes ingredients you can find everywhere!!My favorite chapter so far is #5 Let’s get Saucy!! Thank you for following your passion and making this cookbook!!

Best cookbook I own!
I preordered this book back in March and received it today. I’ve only had a flick through it but I felt compelled to write a review immediately! I own close to 80 vegan cookbooks (a lot of them oil-free like this one) and this is already my favourite. Obviously I haven’t attempted any of the recipes yet but I just know they’re going to be amazing. The photos are extremely appealing, the book itself is fantastic quality: Nice semi-glossy pages, and a good size. Not too big and not too small. Can’t recommend highly enough! Will update once I’ve tried some of the recipes :)

Mouth-watering, easy to follow plant-based recipes!
I have been eagerly awaiting this recipe book after seeing a short video online by Carleigh Bodrug, featuring one of her amazing plant-based recipes. I have quite a few recipe books and I really wasn’t looking to buy another as I was coming across the same sort of dishes, but her dishes look so tasty, easy to follow and they’re also healthy for you so I immediately searched for any recipe books and preordered this one. I can’t wait to try all these delicious foods.

Missing an entire chapter
I really want to like this cookbook because all the recipes are great. However, I've had to return 2 copies of it because there's been a misprint and the entire Smoothies section is missing and there are random pages repeated throughout. Might just be a UK thing but I would like a corrected version. The recipes are great but the printing is not!

Great book but not primarily a recipe book
This book is a goldmine. It is a wealth of information on why you should be plant-based and the forward is written by Will Bulsiewics, of Fiber Fueled fame. The science backs it and it makes sense. The information is sound and Carleigh Bodrug's journey to plant-based eating is detailed well. I find the If-I-Can-Do-It-Anyone-Can stories to be really influential because let's face it, most of us find any change at all difficult. There are 140 recipes, for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. But it is the smoothie section that appeals to me most. I plan to make the beet hummus today and I already noticed that a few key ingredients make the tomato soup recipe amazing! The best part is that the recipes contain readily available ingredients - things you can find at the local grocery store. I love this book!

SUPER USEFUL!
Absolutely great book, fantastic healthy recipies. Using every day, making delicious food for all day. Easy to make, no hassell, does not need more time then any other recipies and easy find and healthy ant based ingredients.Not surprised I had to wait weeks after booking it. Absolutely worth it! 🥰🥬🍉🥕🧁
