Really pleased with this hand mixer — it’s got a good bit of power behind it and handles everything from cake batter to whipped cream without struggling. The five speed settings give plenty of control, and the turbo button gives a nice boost when needed. It feels sturdy in the hand but not too heavy, and the attachments are easy to click in and remove. I also like that it comes with dough hooks — great for bread or pizza dough if you don’t have a stand mixer. Cleaning is simple and the overall design is sleek enough to leave out on the counter. Solid choice if you bake regularly but don’t want a bulky mixer taking up space.

I like this but its not reliable and if buying this keep the paperwork and the receipt as it could well go faulty in less than 4 months. Be prepared to have to contact manufacturer and Amazon and return it. I got one of these on 25/05/24 which broke and just threw it away. I brought the same model 17/07/24 and that has now broken 07/11/24. This time I contacted the manufacturer Russell Hobbs on their phone number on their instruction booklet. I had to send pictures and video of it and a copy of the receipt and have been informed I wont get a free replacement and told to contact Amazon as less than 1 year old and they could not do anything. Amazon were very helpful and I have got a refund at the price I paid. The seller has put the price up. I have ordered another one and am hoping 3rd time lucky . In both cases the same problem. The mixer still works but there is a loud rattling sound inside this and it does not sound safe to use as the rattling noise gets louder if you use it again.

The power switch is very sensitive and can turn on before you are ready. The mixer is light to use and works well

This is a really good whisk. The whisk attachments must go in the specific place.
