This is a scam. The product doesn't work. There is no instruction manual and after a long struggle when you plug in the product it doesnt heat up at all. Defective product.

Working properly, but the material smells bad like factory chemicals even after a month of opening. Some safety issue also because it would not turn off automatically and I just came to know the water inside kept on boiling if you don’t plug it off manually.

Leaked Not good quality Not have proper equipment to fill water from a very small hole. All water will come out while filling and fabric will be wet even power socket and u can not plug while its wet.

Very nice. Practical and easy to use.

Received the product and it is working properly, the heat last for 3-4hrs... But i am quite disappointed as i received not the same as shown in amazon app. Next time be transparent to customer if products are not available.

Not working at all and there is no option to return. Worst product and waste of money also wrong description there is no gel at all...

It’s really great and it heats up within 10 minutes very good product even though i was disappointed that i received the brown color instead of the grey one that i asked for,nonetheless it’s very good
