Kipling Women's Elysia Crossbody Bag, Lightweight, Multi-Compartment Magnetic Snap Pockets, Shoulder Bag

Kipling’s just don’t wear out! Was carrying a smaller Kipling that I’ve had for 6 years and needed a larger purse but didn’t want anything heavy due to multiple hand surgeries. This was the perfect model. I love that it has handles (fabric ones that tuck inside) and an adjustable shoulder strap. Shoulder strap is easily detachable. Very lightweight with one main center (zippered) compartment and an outer compartment on each, front and back that close simply with magnetic snaps. On top of that there are outside zippered compartments (one on front & back) and one on the inside of main compartment. The way this medium bag is constructed makes it difficult for someone to just reach in and grab things from the main compartment. I just wish that it had little metal dots or feet on the bottom but then it’s not a stand-up purse.

very good value, wife loves it, came fairly quickly, brand new and original with all the bells and so long... it's not our first kipling bag and the previous one still in good condition after more than five years so this one must be also a good quality, at least we hope so.

I really like this bag, it is amazing for going out in the city for a full day and I often use it while traveling or going out with friends. It is the perfect size bag, durable, and holds so much! I've gotten many compliments on it and use it so often, so I think it is worth the money (especially since I got it on sale). I love the blue color and it is so stylish and can be held multiple ways and customized with keychains/pins.

LOVE IT! So many pockets that I don’t even use them all! Strap is comfortable. Bag is lightweight and holds everything including a decent sized book.

The bag was made to the expected Kipling standard. I was surprised at how heavy the bag was. This was probably due to the numerous compartments.i have recently been purchasing bags that are light weight because of all the stuff that I carry around, which makes my bag heavy. I have taken off the shoulder straps but that hasn't made much difference. I wonder if the metallic glow fabric has added to the weight. I was a bit disappointed that the key ring pictured in the photo on amazon was absent. Over all its a well made bag and sturdy. I expect that it will serve me well for several years

This is a great size bag! Used as a personal item on a plane, I could fit: a wallet, small toiletries bag, sunglasses with case, passport, Kindle, power bank, wet wipes for the kid, and there was still much room left. The handles were long enough to carry the bag on my shoulders and there was also an adjustable strap that I sometimes used to carry the bag as a crossbody.

I hate switching purses so I drag one bag around every day, this is the third Kipling bag I bought in my 40+ life (tried another brand once, that didn’t last long). The last one lasted about 15 years until the zipper derailed. That is solid quality, I think. I expect this one to last just as long. The only bummer with this one is that it didn’t come with a little carabiner key cord, but that easily sewn in later.
