The product design is good but I received Chrome basket instead of the Stainless Steel basket that I ordered.

I had a cheaper version & loved how it rotisserie’d ribs, pork belly etc but it was a real PITA to keep securely on the spit & horrible to clean. Not so this one. Very sturdy, the thumbscrews really grab the spit & it doesn’t jump/slip, the top rack securely latches to the bottom &it’s very easy to clean - just pop it in the dishwasher. A good buy.
