There aren't enough reviews with details on this item, so I thought I'd provide one. My daughter broke her arm, so this is a great solution for bathing. She is 55" and 67 lbs- we bought the XS and it fits great. My daughter is 9.5, on the petite/slim side for age. No water intrusion even during showers (also used for bath, but she keeps her arm mostly out of tub in that case). It does fit very snugly, so I can't imagine it would be comfortable to wear in excess of 20-30 minutes. In order to put it on, you will need someone to help open the end where you insert arm (in this case, me or dad, but I have no clue how someone living alone would do it).My only complaint has nothing to do with product, but with shipping. This item should be available for same-day delivery, as it's kind of an important piece of the puzzle when your kid unexpectedly breaks their arm. Also Amazon's 2-day delivery is 3 days, more often than not, as of late. I'm in a major metro with multiple distribution centers, so it's not as if we're in a remote rural area.

If I’m being completely honest I was a little skeptical when ordering this protective arm cast cover for the bath as I wasn’t sure if it was gonna be too big for my 2 year old. However I’m here to say the xxxs size was perfect. & I hope the picture for reference can help another parent. It definitely beats trying to put a bag on a toddlers arm. And it kept all the water out he’s a very active little guy. As far as the material it’s made out it seems to of great quality. I would definitely recommend to anyone in a cast. Worth every penny!

Very useful. Durable material, very comfortable, perfect size, it serves its purpose. Bought it to protect by son’s cast from getting wet in the shower and this worked perfect!

Just a sizing issue ***I purchased the full arm kids Small size for my 7 y.o. becuase I was scared the circumference of a Medium would be too lose.I measured her arm circumference at 9 in. The small is extremely tight. I had to give her a quick shower becuase it was cutting her circulation.

Slightly large for our 5yr old but seals really well and have had no leakage issues with shower or bath. Great option to keep a cast dry!

This looks and sounds like a great idea. It's basically like those sleeves that allow you to work with things in isolation chambers, with a flexible tight-fitting silicone gasket. The problem is it's damn near impossible to get this sleeve over a cast by yourself with just one hand. With my husband's two hands and my one, we were able to hold the gasket open enough to get my cast through it. The seal is really good and waterproof. It was another chore to get it off. We're better off just rubber banding a long plastic bag over my cast.
