Quality way down
Was excellent quality last year, but last order no good. Bad smell, poor quality. Don't buy. Also now in a plastic bottle. Was in glass bottle before.

CC&S makes no claims about this, but I've learned for myself a lot. . .
You'll figure out how to use it so I won't advise on that. For me, it engenders a state of relaxation, a sense of well being and works as a muscle tension relaxant
