I actually purchased a 2000W transformer from Yinleader initially, after moving from Europe back to the States, to support certain appliances. One of which required 1500W power supply, so I thought, without reading enough about the product, that 2000W would cover my needs. After a few months, the transformer began to fail sporadically, and mostly stopped working after about 5 months. I contacted their tech support to see if there were any suggestions (I wasn't hopeful, because I was outside the return and the support windows, both.) Huang in Tech Support, however, answered immediately, explaining that they strongly recommend purchasing a transformer that supplies at least 2x your power requirements, and included the snapshot of their product recommendations. That meant it was my fault that I burned out the first transformer. Instead of leaving it at that, however, which they had the right to do, Huang offered to refund me the first purchase if I was interested in paying the cost difference to the higher 3000W model that I needed. Obviously, that is exactly what I was interested in, and so I took the offer, purchased the new model, got a refund immediately, and am powering all of my appliances again, but correctly this time! Thank you to Yinleader - both making a great product and also standing behind it.

I have a Dyson air wrap with a UK plug. You can NOT just buy an outlet adapter because the UK voltage is 220-240V, 50-60Hz and US voltage is 120v, 60Hz— a hair styling tool with a UK plug requires more voltage to work. This converter is EASY to use. It ramps up the voltage of US outlet. (Or it can step it down too). I read other reviews saying you need double the watts of what the device requires to short the circuit— I got 3000W and it works perfectly.

Update: Customer service finally did follow through and refund my account after having me troubleshoot by using electrical tape. It took a couple months. Original: This worked for a good 30 days. I started smelling an electrical burn smell the next day and went to check it out. It was too hot to touch. I turned off the unit to let it cool down. The next day, nothing at all. I emailed them which isn’t a quick process while waiting for a response. They had me take pictures to send of the unit open. I unscrewed the unit and fulfilled their request. Then, wanted me to get electrical tape and tape certain areas together stating that if that didn’t work, they would refund me. I had to buy some tape after already paying more than $100 on a unit I could no longer use. Other things took priority but I was finally able to follow through and now they won’t respond to multiple emails I’ve sent. Buy this if you love to throw money away!

I bought this in March 2022 and started using it in April only for small kitchen appliances such as a coffee machine once a day. I deliberately bought a 3000 Watt to make sure that it is powerful enough for small appliances in the range of 1000-1500 Watt. It worked fine for 6 months but stopped working suddenly. As it was way passed the 30 days window I ended up with a heavy useless converter and not being able to use any of my appliances. It is not a cheap product so I expected a higher quality, maybe lasting for a year at least? Update after talking to their customer service: I am adding three stars only because of their excellent customer service. They recommended me buying another (same model) transformer and they refunded me for the broken one, even if it was past the deadline.

I can use my blender, rice cooker and bread toaster coz i have the transformer

Bon transformateur 3000 W. J'en ai déjà un de 3000 W de marque différente pour mon jacuzzi depuis 3 ans et je voulais tester une autre marque. Extrêmement facile à utiliser et surtout il est silencieux . je l'ai acheté pour ma scie radiale et je suis satisfait du produit pour le moment. J'ai mis 4 étoiles pour le voyage , pour moi le produit est plus fait pour rester à une place fixe ( c'est que mon avis ) le poids est de 15 livres .

This works great and can power my small heater or my portable AC unit its perfect for my use. I've had it for a while and is silent.
