I like this book. Easy to follow steps and allows for quick learning.

This book has so many great ideas with easy to follow step by step instructions! You can combine drawings to create your own designs at the level you are comfortable with. A great starter for your own ideas and great if you are just starting out and want to follow step by step. It will give you the confidence you need to keep on drawing!! I purchased 3 of these to give as gifts. One is for a 4 and 5 year old and a 8 year old as well!! I think it will grow with them through the years. Also coloring pages that so fun and relatable. A go to book with loads of ideas!! Love it and would recommend!!

I bought this book to give to my niece for a birthday gift. As I looked through it, I decided to keep it for myself. Just as the title says, it is super cute! The drawing or doodles are in steps so you can’t fail. The drawings are detailed but not too difficult for those of us who aren’t blessed with the art gene. I, also, love the fonts. As a teacher, I can tell you my anchor charts look so much better! I think I will be utilizing the drawings in some listening and attention building welcome back activities the first week of school. I will be buying a few more for gifts- definitely one for my niece!

AS an elementary art teacher, I am always on the search for activities that will keep the early finishers busy and happy. They LOVE this book, as do I. I follow the author/teacher on FB and IG (one of those!) and love her work. So glad to have found her book here.

I purchased this book for my grandson who gets easily frustrated when trying new things. This book has been a game changer for him! The way each drawing is broken down into small manageable parts helps him not get overwhelmed. It’s amazing how lines, shading and even erasing lines can add detail to the drawings. I don’t have any artistic talent and I have learned a ton from this book! I highly recommend this book for kids and adults!

Wow this book is so cute! I bought it as a birthday present for my niece who loves to draw and color. There are so many cute drawing lessons and room to practice right in the book. There are also cute coloring pages and lessons for handwriting and letters. The book is a lot bigger than I had expected and almost feels more like an book for an adult because the quality is so nice. Would highly recommend.

I’ve been wanting to improve my doodling for a while and finally took the plunge after seeing this book on @letteringbykaren IG. If you’re on the fence, buy it! It’s broken down into such easy steps, my 6 & 7 yo (who immediately claimed it upon deliver lol) were able to open it and start doodling. I’m so glad I found the book and the artist :)

As a 46 year old who's never really been able to draw, I'm really enjoying drawing my way through this book. I'm learning so much. I draw in the evening (on Procreate) while relaxing to decompress and I'm addicted. I'm also finding myself able to draw objects in front of me because of the techniques I'm learning. Her Instagram page is inspiring and helpful as well!
