I bought these for breast feeding. I don’t get any weird symptoms and they seem to be upping my milk supply. Baby is also happy and not fussy.

Tried this Moringa supplement for a few weeks now, but honestly haven’t noticed any real change. The capsules are easy to swallow, and it’s nice that it’s free of all the usual additives, but I didn’t feel any boost in energy or overall wellness. So far so good! I am a breastfeeding mom and I actually HAVE seen an increase in my milk supply! Its been good stomach wise I ONLY TAKE 1 CAPSULE DAILY. I've been doing my research and you should not have 6000 mg daily as it can cause liver toxicity long term use so taking 1 capsule is 3000 which is the daily reccomended dose. The label also says NOT for pregnant or breastfeeding moms so that's probably at the 6000 dose . Just thought I would mention that for all the PP mom's taking this 👍 no strong smell good value for money energy has definitely been better easy to use and packed with vitamins and nutrients! All natural which is also amazing!
