Try to find the software for PC ... get diverted to Android systems/emulators which then don't properly work. No helpful company website, just lots of options for IP camera viewing systems. Eventually found IP address using IP scanning software, then camera only supports Internet Explorer with VLC plugin. Guess logon password to find picture OK, but limited options to change settings. ONVIF not visible to NAS. So item returned as incompatible despite hours trying different options and help from Amazon pre-return to try to resolve.

I got this to expand my Blue Iris system. It worked ok and performed well once connected but it just wasn't what I needed. When switching to IR mode it was very loud and not discrete. Images in day or night mode were however better than expected. Camera kept throwing bitrate errors on Blue Iris while it was functional was just annoying as I had to check to see if the errors were legit or not. There was not a way to adjust it in the camera GUI to stop the errors. Finding the port to get the Blue Iris connection was a challenge but it ended up being super easy. I ended up returning the camera, while it was very robust and worked better than I expected it would, it was just not for me.
