Not free to see the records
They changed the plans and became not free to see the records after it was free for 30 days whciwas OK for meNon professional way, will replace it again with a well known brand

Easy to use . Good value for money
The set was very easy and quick. Works as expectedOnly issue is that the software logs off frequently and need to log in

Pretty satisfied
Its very nice door bell i ended up using it as a surveillance at home, it lasts about 8 weeks with one charge if you put the motion detection to the lowestEdit: it stops working after 2 months, camera is working fine but voice is not workingI wish they sell the door video device separately to add it to the network without the bell itself

No cloud storage available as promised
At the time of purchase the seller purchased cloud subscription and it's been expired. They sold the product by saying it's lifetime cloud storage for 3 days

Great choice for first time quick solution
Great performance in terms on vedio quality and night vision.the battery life is what I consider as a down side of this product. in no way it will last for 6 months as advertised. you will have to charge every week or 10 days.

Amazing and best in market
Amazing simply, has whatever you need to secure your home and no one can notice. It can be seen as door bell, bur actually its recording all. Videos are for 15-22 seconds. An amazing thing is also the detection of sound too and it will start recording. Battery seems to be ok for now as its the first day for me. But its actually has everything youLook for

There is annual fee
It is not Lifetime Free Cloud Service, there is annual fee for the cloud service...I wish I didn't buy it.
