It a nice product, it’s make the milk frothy like Starbucks! The guide that come within is good. And I like the stand, so it can sit on my counter top.

Works fairly well, charge is alright, had this a year however just moments ago heard a weird click while doing my matcha, now dead & I recharged the batteries a few days ago, sounds like something inside broke, Do sometimes felt it could have been more powerful, multiple times doing my matcha it still had bits at the bottom even after using this for a minute straight, good while it lasted but a bit over a year isn’t that useful

Frother was great to start with but after a few months stopped working , changed batteries and was ok for a day. Stopped again so cleaned contacts, tried different batteries and no luck. it doesn't work.

It’s ok does the job, disappointed in quality it doesn’t fit together at the joints very well, awkward to use with the power button on the top would have been better on the side. (Bought a battery operated whisk from a supermarket for £2 which is much better)

Zulay makes great kitchen tools and has OUTSTANDING customer service. I bought a frother in October 2020, and used it about once a week. It worked well, and was definitely was a good purchase. One day in July 2025, after using it for about 10 seconds, the stem detached from the motor inside the housing. I put the stem back in, but it wouldn't stay connected. I contacted Zulay to see if this was covered by the product's lifetime guarantee. They confirmed and sent me a replacement, which I received within days. They were helpful, pleasant, and honored their guarantee quickly. I wish more companies had such efficient and helpful customer service! Thank you so much!
