poorest quality ever
I received this product with damaged face and clock hands. The "rays" that needed to be screwed into the back of the clock did not align with the holes provided. The mechanism is faulty as well because it runs about a hour behind over a 24 hour period. I have pitched it into the trash and have ordered another product from another company. It was a complete waste of money for me!!!!

Pendulum stopped working
This clock a absolutely beautiful! I love the design and has been a nice addition to my home. However, after 6 months, the pendulum stopped working. Also, the petals are very fragile. Once I realized how to hold the clock, avoiding the petals, it wasn't an issue.
