I bought this faucet assembly to guard myself against a possible backorder situation with my first choice. I cancelled the first choice when I was given an estimate of an extra 3 month wait, so, my kitchen sink and faucet installation could proceed.I'd like to believe that anything for use in the USA is subject to uphold our regulations regarding materials used in the product assembly. That is my only concern about this product.My plumber said the overall water handle should have the hot facing away from you, and did I mind having the handle on the left. I had no issue with that, and the faucet's function is not impeded in any way doing that. You'll see in my pic that the handle is on the left.My plumber loved it. It was not difficult to assemble. The supply line cold was long enough without any adapters, the hot he added a new extension, probably because with the dishwasher water output, the configuration put a 90° bend to reach the fitting existing and it would stress the metal hose too much, and they attached well to the new shut-off valves he installed. Everything tightened and fits securely, and the included 3 hole plate was not necessary to use, but a safety I appreciated having included just in case. No leaks. Easy to keep clean. Reaches all corners of my 10" deep 33" workstation sink. Very adequate water pressure. LED works just fine. Easy adjust between sprayer and pot filler. I like the pot filler because it's more angled output throws the water stream more toward the middle of the sink rather than straight down.My only con is that I would prefer the pot filler be non-areated. There are a couple of random spurting streams that flick water here and there, but an adjustment on the flow handle to not-full-on pressure fixes that. I have a water bowl for my kitty that is gravity fed, and the aerated water doesn't make it into the small refill hole. I bought a new kitty fountain...its long overdue, so problem solved... I had to put the opening right up to the water stream to try to insure that the water went into the opening to refill it, not splash all over, and cut the water flow pressure. But that's the only issue I've had.I like that this faucet has a lifetime limited warranty, and, if need be, can be sent back to Amazon for replacement.Like I said, my plumbing team (two worked under the house, and one inside) were all very impressed with this faucet and the Ruvati workstation sink I purchased. For about $100, I think it was a great value for my money.Update: so, it's been a couple of weeks since the faucet assembly was installed, and everything is working fine and I'm still very pleased with this product.

Had an existing bathroom in my garage, but upgraded the bathroom with a deep stainless steel sink and, as a result, needed a new faucet.So after reading countless reviews on countless faucets, I eventually settled in this one.And... I'm glad I did. Not only did this faucet arrive in excellent packaging, but the faucet itself looked better than I expected and was heavy. But not heavy in a bad way; rather, solid quality heavy. Which I liked.Hooking up the faucet was super simple, and it has subsequently performed exactly as I had hoped.So all things considered, I feel this faucet is actually a great deal at this price, and as such have no hesitation in recommending it.

Our previous faucet developed a leak and needed to be replaced. Found a great deal on this faucet and it looks incredible. Easy to install, took about 20 minutes total with no plumbing skills. The sprayer has really high pressure.

An absolute breeze to install. There's no reason anyone should ever hire a con-artist plumber to install this (or any fixture, frankly). Seems decently well made, though the supply line has a very strong unpleasant odor that gets even worse when using hot water. We wish the pull-down had more range-of-motion, as that feature is extremely limited. The "streaming spout" is rather useless, so we swiveled that off to the side and just ignore it. We also removed the hideously ugly and poorly designed sprayer and replaced it with a better looking and better functioning sprayer we had on the previous faucet. I also despise the method of under-sink mounting (bolts? really?) so I used a part from the previous faucet instead. The lever is also very tight to turn on, so hopefully that will loosen-up with continued use. I can't speak to the dopey LEDs as we did not get that version. Despite all these complaints, this item is decent overall, appears to have been very well crafted, and seems like a good value for the price. It is certainly cheaper than anything you'll find in stores or from the big-names/brands.

The head tip Was replaced by warranty, will see how long it lasts. from first month into using this it the stream mode would automatically switch to spray mode and at first it was just here and there sometimes but slowly it got worse until you have to hold for stream and then when to let go it tries to switch to spray but only gets halfway there or just drizzles water until you switch to spray. Very annoying because it is always on spray now, and I need to hold the button for stream because if I just let the button go it kicks back and barely has any water coming out until I press either spray or stream (which only works while holding it down). Customer support sends you to a link that says use Amazon for support and sends you back to Amazon. Don’t know how I can contact themAfter I learned how to get in touch with the company that sent me a replacement head and now it’s like new.

I will admit I was skeptical when I saw the price of this item. Once receiving I inspected the item and everything looked great, felt great, and was made of good quality. Only suggestion to manufacturer is I would make the supply lines where they attach to the faucet housing itself quick snap connects and not require it to be screwed into place as it is very hard to make sure it is tightly attached without ability to get inside housing with tool. Despite that it worked perfectly once installed and the spray feature works very well. I would recommend this product from my experience to date.
