Does the job very well
Turned a tired deck into something that looks almost new. I used a lot of tins because the wood really drank it up. It definitely needed two coats.Looks like the water resistance has improved on the deck since applying this. Water sits for longer on the deck, which presumably means it’s not soaking in as much.Quite a dark colour (see my picture of half completion) but that’s not a bad thing.

Darker in colour but applied like a dream!
I used this on my balcony decking - it was green and worn out and tired. I didn’t strip it first, I just used a tough bristle brush and soapy water to scrape off the dirt and green stuff, then wiped the boards down. Once dry, I did a first layer, brushing it on, and 4 hours later a second layer. It was between 7 and 11 degrees celsius so not as warm as it should be ideally (warm and above 10 degrees) and it took about 4 days to properly dry.I’d say definitely do this on a warm day if you can, it was 10 degrees but feels like 4 when I did the first layer and I think it should have been warmer out. It’s a lot darker in colour than labelled, teak is a lighter paler wood but this gave my boards a slightly more mahogany look - which I’m okay with, but it’s definitely redder and deeper in colour than I was expecting. It painted on like a dream, I used a medium wallpaper paste brush and it went on really nicely. It was slightly more liquid than I hoped so I worked quickly and had to look out for drips. I applied it with less care because it was frigging cold and the stains wiped away easily on the metal poles at the sides so non porous surfaces were really easy to clean.I ummed and ahhed for ages about this, as I didn’t want anything too heavy for my balcony - I’m also on the third floor and didn’t want any damage to the flat below me. This oil was exactly what I needed. I’ll try and update in a few months to see how it weathers, but so far so good and my balcony looks stunning.Really happy.

Lovely Finish, hope it last as long as they say it does.
The Oil went on really well and the colour is great, but a bit dark for me. Therefore I did one coat with the Teak and one coat with the Natural (clear) on top. It looks great, and matches with my home made garden furniture. The tin says it last twice as long, so only time will tell if I only have to recoat it every two years instead of every year.Great value for money compared to the price in high street shopsUpdate, it looks great but does not last twice as long..

Worked great with my electric spray gun
The decking oil was excellent, worked with the spray gun fine and easy to wash off the residue so the gun was like new again. Coverage was not as good as I would have hoped for but that could be due to the age of the wood...sucking up more product than expected. The only down-side of the whole purchase was trying to check out. Amazon really shove their prime delivery down your throat. I had tried to buy something else earlier in the week but gave up as it seemed the only way to make the purchase was by clicking to sign up for a 'free' prime service...it's not free they steal money from your bank account without permission each month...bought my robot grass cutter elsewhere in the end....that's £750.00 Amazon missed out on for being pushy.

Worn off after only one year?
I bought a few tins of this last year to stain both our decking and our new fencing. It's lasted really well where there's no foot traffic (the fences!), but disappointed that after a year, most of two coats in certain patches of the decking has already worn off, so needing to look at recoating :-( It's a lovely colour, it's easy to apply... but hoping that after another coat this year it won't wear off before next...
