As advertised. Good quality product. Used it a lot in winter and on the back lawn in summer. I bought the Champkey Artificial grass to use with it as well.

Great for simple chip practice and some iron work.
Pros: Simple set up and includes tie down spikes. Was excited to use with my irons to get more practice and worked well. Took small bit of time to hone in the proper distance from club but bad. Flipped to the skill pockets with wedge and the real fun started. Somewhat easy to fold back up and pack away (even without using elastic strap).Cons: Wiffle balls worked will with driving/full swings. My foam balls would bounce back out causing some chasing down *I have not tried normal golf balls yet due to damage risks to surroundings...lol*. As many mentioned, the folding back up can be challenging but manageable. It's split between pro and con since it's complicated but manageable.
