The media could not be loaded. Absolutely satisfied.I know I got the device just today, but after a while of use I am actually amazed. For the price , its worth it. The UI is superb lots of options inthe stock HIOS itself , no need for additional launchers. Smooth and fast reactions , and respons. There might be a few bugs ,but nothing disturbing. And above all my personal favourite , there is an option for disabling and stoping TECNOs stock apps and adds ,which was absent in my previous Xiaomi phone. And there is an inbuilt app called CARLCARE for customers support . Use this app to check the authenticity of U r device , and it can even tell the nearest service centre for Ur device. This app can also be used to purchase extended warranty. These are some of the things I liked so far. I'll update this review after some time of extended use.It's also Made in India.Edit: After more than 6 months of use, I am still happy or maybe even happier. The phone is performing great, and after the recent updates most of the bugs are gone , also the cera has improved. Battery life is crazy...... I mean playing pubg for hours after full charge and the battery barely reaches 50%.I would consider buying one more if possible.Only cons I felt was the single speaker, and the rear body getting scratches.

IDK why everyone is keep condemnating this Mobile. At this price range i think it's just perfect from all aspects.Pros-1. Best battery life of all phone, i had use one plus 6 and MI note 5 pro, but it has best battery life.2. Very large phone with best screen in this range.3. Very good camera as compair to this range.4. Decent speaker, Just don't compair it with other chinease phone. As compair to samsung, i-phone , one plus, or other good brand, it has very good speaker. I don't find any speaker issue.5. Good processor.Cons-None. At this price range of 10k-13k what do you expect from any mobile, they will not provide you features of mobile value 30k. I had bought it in 11k. And believe me. This is one of the best mobile in this range.

Excellent Smartphones at this Range , bought it for my Mother and I'll tell you guys she's really happy with the phone and features at this price quality , it's been 1d 17 hours with Normal use and it still has 67 % battery ...more than that the phone does not lag nor any unexpected happenings found till now , Face it is so much good that even it unlocks at night and in low light and which is great at this price range and that means it really has good Camera Quality and sensors ...Another thing is I personally did not liked the Audio Quality BUT at this Range the sound seems good when you think wisely ...If you are using any higher end phones then also this Phone does not disappoint you in speed and multitasking ...It has so many new features like1) It automatically stops charging phone once it reached 100% , I mean you no need to worry if you forget to remove charger from socket2) Fingerprint sensor is so much good that it does not even need fraction of seconds to unlock and also it applies same with face unlock too3) Google Asistant is so much accurate that this phone can easily catch our Indian English Language , I mean Indian Accents4) Built Quality Looks Premium in hand and also to Eyes5) App Freezer and kids mode are do much effective6) It has Premium Built in Anti Virus and Junk cleaner ( memory Organizer)7) Gaming with Low Settings works without framedrops and lag and you can play normal games with highest graphics settings available8) Quick app launcher is great feature where you can switch quickly to any apps in middle of anythingFor those who says Add comes in this phone etc etc , Guys I didn't get any add and also if you think like that then just uninstall apps which is pre installed ..Believe me if this phone comes with high end specification and graphics where I can enjoy High End Games then surely I'll throw away one plus and go for this Company because yes one plus is good phone but why can't we support Our Indian Products , brands , people etc ?Usually I don't write much reviews but after experiencing this phone in hand I thought I must add my review because I Support India and Indians

Sound is too low(almost mute when the simple ceiling room fan is On. Xiomi phones are much better. Google Play Store hangs. I had to restart the phone twice to make it work. UI is too complex. Wastage of money and thereafter speaking to Amazon tech agents is even a bigger headache.They're are people who don't understand the difference between 's' & 'sh' and are working as tech inspection agents.I told him that the product itself is fine but it has design flaws and that it is not satisfactory. He couldn't understand the message at all, kept on repeating a pet phrase "theek hai na" after every message. This person irritated more than the bad product.I reiterated that he needs to slow down his tempo while speaking and speak clearly but it felt like he was chewing Tobacco throughout our conversation. He emphasized upon running auto diagnostics on the phone but there was no option to check the sound intensity or clarity. I asked him several close ended questions and he always answered with a 'NO'.Now If this person does not have any privileges at all then actually what is the point of working at Amazon care? Information is available on the website and app also. Customer can always find that anytime.Worst product in the name of smartphone and pathetic customer service by Amazon tech team while running diagnostics.
