A good saw at a great price. It’s working really well so far!
I’m really pleased with this saw and the stand. It does its job well, was easy to set up, and so far I’d have to say it’s well built. The stand is a bit thin, except at the mounting points and the clamp points, which are the important parts anyway. The blade has worked fine for mild steel, but I’ll soon replace it with a better blade. I agree with some other reviewers that it’s weird the power cable comes out where it does in the stand, but handheld it makes sense so the designers had to make a choice, which I assume they leaned on the handheld use case. I’d agree, since when mounted I can easily zip-tie it out of the way, but handheld and mobile It would be harder to manage from the other end. I like it, it was inexpensive, and it’ll do the home shop work I need it to.

It does exactly what it's supposed to do.
I am really surprised how well this works. I've honestly had great luck with vevor products and this is no exception. Well built. Adjustable speed is nice. Base and the saw feel solid and the material clamp works. Its a little on the heavy side but still comfortable to use at any angle. It is pretty quiet and has a surprising amount of power for a 110v band saw. Cuts are fast and accurate.I've done an extensive amout of work with it and it has never let me down. Ive made roughly 300 cuts so far and the blade is holding it's sharpness. It helps that I always us cutting oil and I make sure the angle of the cut will not put stress on the blade.

Seems to be a Pretty Good Saw
The saw seems pretty solid. Thin cardboard box was damaged in shipment but no damage to saw. I didn't see a practical way to tilt the saw. Like others I had to shim the vice to get a straight cut. Added a rubber block to stop the saw from slamming down at the end of the cut. Saw does not have a trigger lock so you have to hold it the whole time. I was disappointed that there was no way to lock the saw down to make carrying easier. So I added a strap. I also put some foam tape on the guide to keep some metal out of the saw. The saw has rubber tires so they should be kept clean and tension should be released when not in use. Also wheels do not run true and saw flexes as tension changes. I'll have to look into that. Reliability... don't know yet.

Good for small jobs.
Great sturdy construction.Adjust to angle cuts to a point. Hold down clamp does get in the way but some adjustments may be in order. It would be better if the clamp would angle to make angle cuts instead of the saw but it's still a good tool to purchase. Variable speed is very desirable.

Great for the price
I am a huge Dewalt fan and was looking to purchase their corded band saw or either Milwaukee. Let me tell you, this thing (for the price), works wonderfully for me. No I don't know how it will perform a year from now, but I've cut a ton of metal with it the past couple of weeks and it has been flawless!

Nice and clean cuts
This band saw its very good, makes very precise cuts which its extremely impotant when working on metal. The only issue i have been facing is when i try to cut 45° in a material that it is 3" wide or more, straight cuts no problem up to 5", but not in 45° angle, other than that it is very good, not noisy, cuts like butter, very happy with it.

Excellent saw for the money.
I’ll start by saying that at this price point I wasn’t expecting a lot. Honestly, I ordered it through Amazon so that if I was unhappy with it, I could return it easily. I own an Evolution chopsaw with a stainless steel cutting blade and have been using it to cut 304 SS exhaust tubing, but while it cuts through fairly easily, it makes a huge mess of metal chips everywhere and I spend a lot of time cleaning up the cut when it’s done to make it fit flush and be weldable. In contrast, this little band saw only makes a small mess which is very contained around the base of the unit, and most importantly the cuts are very clean and require only a tiny bit of edge cleanup. Look at the photo to see the difference - it’s impressive.Double check the straightness of the blade angle before you start cutting, using a small square or a known 90° end of something. Mine required a little adjustment before it was cutting perfectly straight, but for this price, I can’t really complain. Can’t speak to the longevity, since I just got it this week, but as long as the only thing that wears out is the blades, that is to be expected. They even include a second blade in the box so you have a spare to start out with. The three screws that mount the saw to the base are a pain to get started, and you’re screwing steel into aluminum so don’t overtighten them. I think I’ll epoxy some studs in there instead, which will be easy to line up and get some nuts on vs. searching for the holes while holding the heavy saw.

Not without shortcomings, but very useful, effective and accurate.
Coming from an abrasive chop saw it's no surprise that I have a high affinity for this device. No sparks or grinding tails here. Even my plasma cutter does not produce as clean of a cut as this. This is intrinsic to the type of cutter and my plasma cutter is still worth what i paid for it.My only gripes are that there is no spring to hold this open, and no lock to hold it closed to the base for transport. I would gladly have paid an extra 20 or 30$ for that, though I'm reasonably sure I will be able to rig these up with little cost and effort. The other big brand cutters of this type do not compare for cost, and dispite what i said about the absent spring and lock, I felt that this machine was pretty feature rich. I do not regret purchasing this. It has already saved me a bunch of time and effort in finish grinding.
