Healing Solutions PMS Relief Blend Essential Oil - 100% Pure Therapeutic Grade, 30ml

Had a cold that settled into bronchitis. Even with maximum recommended dosages of Mucinex, Benadryl, and Sudafed, I couldn't sleep for several nights because of the coughing. I also used a facial steamer with a couple of drops of vicks vaporizer steam oil several times a day and although it did help, the cough came back after about 30 minutes. Also, the vicks oils smell was heinous. I looked here for a steamer with an oil reservoir as my facial steamer didn't have one. I decided on the Mabis Personal steam Inhaler Vaporizer for the low cost, prime availability & good reviews. I ordered this inhaler along with the Organic Breathe Essential Oils on Saturday evening and received them on Monday morning with prime. Within 2 sessions in 12 hours of using, my cough & head started to clear and I could get the uninterrupted sleep I desperately needed. Within 4 sessions in 36 hours my cough was about gone. Not sure if it was the inhaler or the oils, but I'm certainly sticking with this combo. How did I live without this?! Get it people - don't suffer unnecessarily! I suffer from sinus congestion during the allergy months and will use this in place of sinus medication from here on. The scent is light, refreshing and pleasant. Makes me think of spa time..

I have used essential oils for the past 20 years before they became as popular as they are today. At a certain juncture I also began making my own blends, but soon realized how cost prohibitive they can be in the long run. I was doing some research on Amazon in regards to oil blends that currently carry peppermint oil and are within an affordable price range and this product came up. I have been having some breathing issues due to large amounts of pollution in the air as well as triple digit temperatures. Upon receiving the product and placing it in my diffuser I did notice a pleasant fragrance being released in the air inside of my home. Soon though I realized that the dominant oil in this blend is the Eucalyptus Oil which is a cheaper oil than the rest. The other essential oils are so low in quantity that they are barely present in the aroma signature. It is a decent oil if you are trying to refresh your home, but if you are looking for a balanced blend with present notes of Rosemary, Lemon, and Peppermint this blend is not for you. Update: I have received excellent customer service from Healing Solutions and they cared that I was satisfied with my purchase they offered to send me a new batch of the blend or to give me a peppermint oil in order to improve my current blend. I have to say I am now satisfied with my breath blend since I have added a few drops of extra peppermint oil. I am very impressed now at the scent and I do recommend purchasing the peppermint oil in the future, as I am sure to do in the near future.

This product is fine for novices or people whose tolerance for medicines, fragrances, etc., is very low. I like the smell but noticed right away that the smell does not linger long and is weak in the diffuser. I have been an aromatherapist for 25 years with the best company in the universe (that I know of), so I am going to be very picky. I am very knowledgeable about essential oils and using them. The only reason I am looking for other oils is because the prices in my company are so high; thus, I'm looking for that quality just cheaper--or better. I like to take /use only powerful stuff. This may be powerful..., but there is more powerful stuff out there so I can't afford to switch. I got the 6-pc kit. It came quickly. I was pleased with that. I opened the box and smelled them all immediately. The smell was pleasant but I thought it wasn't as strong as I'm used to. I smelled each one and used each one. They ran out a little quick, which meant to me that they were a little thin. I'm not sure what that means exactly when talking quality, but I don't want my oils to run like water. I want them to be somewhere in the middle--not to thin, not too thick. along with that I noticed the odor did not last. When I used them in the diffuser, I couldn't smell them unless I put my nose right up to the mist, and even then the smell was not strong. I pondered this for about a week or so now. So I tried some other brands I heard about and had more success. I even considered such things as the bottle (all aspects, including the label and size) and I'm just not feeling like this is a hit. The price point is very good. But that's not enough to make this a stay for me. I could recommend this for newbies and it's better than a lot I've seen. It's prices are good, smell good...come fast, and has some good points. That's why I gave it 4 stars. It's good, but not good enough for Me. I have asthmatics in my family and kids who catch frequent colds, and this product takes too long to start beginning to work. I may order again in the future if I have customers who fit into a category that may do ok with this product. But I won't be ordering it for myself. Sorry folks. I paid for this product. It wasn't gifted to me for appraisal.

I am disappointed about this Breath Blend Essential Oil. I ordered the organic one, but it doesn't say organic in the bottle.

Felt like diluted ones. Observed eucalyptus, cardamom, peppermint smells good..but not much Theareupatic effect when kept in diffuser.. Direct application without dilution works.
