Installed this under my kitchen sink last week. Since it's 3000 watts, it heats the water almost instantly. ​Pros: Looks good, heats very fast, and Racold service is generally reliable. The auto-cutoff works perfectly. ​Cons: None, but u need to buy 16A 3 pin plug. For installation Racold team is quick charges around 350 for installation and another 350 for inlet outlet pipes. ​Note: 3L is plenty for kitchen use (dishes/hand wash), but don't buy this for a bathroom/bathing. ​Overall, a solid purchase for the price. Reliable and does the job.

One of the worst product that i have purchased in the recent past in last one year it has malfunctioned almost thrice and the service renderd by them is very very bad. My geyser is not functioning since last one month repeated calls to the customer care service center and the regional manager has fallen on deaf ears. Extremely bad experience

We get instant hot water( just need to wait 1-2 min after switching on). Everything works perfectly.

While Racold's products may be top notch, (trust me they are, I already own 2 instant geysers, have been using them since 2018), there are certain things you need to know before you purchase a Racold product. The first and foremost of them all is the serviceabilty of the product based on your location. This is not only for installation, but also for regular maintenance. Read the fine print hidden in the brand installation section by Racold. (www.amazon.in/dp/B0CMRRFRP5) The first hurdle will be installation as Racold offers "free installation" only at select places (states like Himachal Pradesh, Odisha, Uttarakhand, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Sikkim, Mizoram, Nagaland and Tripura are excluded). If you reside at any of these states, forget about free installation. It will be better to contact a local mechanic/plumber as they will charge much less. The next hurdle will be both Amazon's and Racold's customer care. In my case, the Amazon rep I talked to, was absoluetly good for nothing. Wasted an hour of mine, without providing a solution. Brand is also upto no good as they will say please call Amazon. What will ensure next is a ball game, between the brand and the marketplace, with each blaming the other. Amazon will also refuse to take back the product in such a scenario, as is the "POLICY"
