Ugh. We’ve had this type before, but not like this
I was most put off by the mushy texture. Supposedly a soft or semi soft cheese, this seemed to be deteriorating. Stay away.

I liked it very much.
Have used it to make Kasnockn since I can't get Pinzgauer Käse in the US. Works great I'm sure for typical consumption as well.

Arrived spoiled
When this cheese arrived the freeze packages were not frozen and were only slightly "cool" to the touch. Tried the cheese that day and it smelled slightly bad and tasted like limburger. Kept it in the cooler drawer in the refrigerator to see if cold would improve it. Now it smells totally foul. Very expensive cheese. Money spent and wasted on this product as it is not edible.

bomb
arrived, tastes great, mold free... it looks alot smaller than the picture... tastes great with Chimay white (on draft)... the crunch stuff on the outside gives it something more...

Disgusting
Worst cheese ever. We had Chimay cheese at a Belgian restaurant and it was incredible. I wouldn't feed this to a rat.
