Great, affordable backing pad for most DA polishers
I used this on my first-gen Griot's garage DA after the original backing pad delaminated (the foam component got old and separated from the rigid, composite component. I didn't experience any issues while doing a two stage paint correction on my car. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a cheap alternative to more expensive, brand-name options.

Great replacement
Used this to replace the backing plate that came with my Bauer (Harbor Freight) polisher, and it was a direct fit if you want to switch to a smaller, and frankly better, backing plate for polishing your car. I paired it with Lake Country polishing pads and it worked great. Highly recommend.

Works like OEM.
I bought this because the OEM pad ripped apart and they wanted an arm and leg for a new one. The pads fit my buffer just fine. The pad itself holds the cutting pads very firmly. They almost difficult to take off.
