This is hands down the best diaper rash cream. I've used it with both of my children for the past 4 years and it's never failed. It is thick and when slathered on like you're frosting a cake, it starts working right away! We have had a few deliveries where the package was broken and the cream was dried, but that's more a shipping issue than the cream itself. Highly recommended.
