Good quality and great for many uses. Including making an elastic band to put around the bottom part of an iPad 360 revolving case to stop the iPad from slipping over the groves when in use. Secure the ends with a few stitches with thread and your band is ready to use. As the groves that the iPad stands in are not very deep. By making a double band with this elastic seems to hold it better. Also the band can be removed or moved in front of either grove. I find this works well when using my iPad and stops the case from slipping shut when in use as it deepens the side of the grove and is just enough to stop it sliding shut before you’re ready, which is annoying. But the iPad still switches off automatically when you close it as normal, even with the band in place. I’ve made 2 double bands with this elastic for iPads and still have loads of elastic left. Good value for money.

Strong flexible elastic band, comes in a roll and can be cut to length, the elasticity stretches to almost double the original length. The thickness is just right for lots of jobs, not too wide, but thick enough to feel robust. Have you been to Lanzarote or other windy resort and seen all the towels clipped onto beds with dodgy plastic clips. As an alternative I have made loops from the elastic ban, one of the pair having an adjustable Velcro strip fixing. They work exceedingly well and are the envy of others who are repeatedly buying clips.
