Minimized my cold symptoms
Started having a scratchy throat with post nasal drop days after I was exposed to a child with a cold. My cold never really gained traction and symptoms started improving sooner than they would have without it.Note - I diluted the tablet in hot water and drank it. Pretty sure that's how to do it as I didn't see instructions but have experience with Chinese medicine. These aren't super bitter and strong compared to others I've had. Very drinkable.Safe, effective, good for your health overall. A+

Stopped my cold in it's tracks!
I recently had my first cold in three years. A friend gave me these supplements and within 24 hours I went from feeling quite ill, to feeling well with only very minor symptoms. Within a week, all symptoms were gone. In the future at the first sign of a cold, I will begin taking this supplement. It worked so well for me!

Excellent remedy for cold and flu if you catch it early
This is my go-to remedy every fall and winter. Each time I notice the first hint that I'm catching a cold, sore throat, cough, or flu I start a regimen of yin chaiou and it just works, to help it pass thru me real quick. It really helps!

It works!
Started having a scratchy throat and took these and gargled with some salt water and the next day i felt fine, i usually have a sore throat where it hurts to swallow but idk i am fine with no sore throat and just a headache the next 2 days. It’s been a week and im fine nothing back!

THESE WORK!
Everytime I start coughing or get a slight fever, sniffles, sneezes, I take about 3 of these every 4 hours. It stops everything dead for me. Bang, done. I have only gotten sick when I stop taking them after a day because I feel so good. So, continue taking them for a bit, I think.They're also very good to stop the allergic rhinitis complications I get -- nose running like a fire hose, sore throat, eyes tearing. I LOVE THESE!

Super Herbal Supplement!
