I got these for a restaurant job that has a pizza oven. They work great. Works for quick touch to the inside, which is hot enough to remove skin. Did not melt the glove at all. I bought the smaller size. They are loose but I'm still agile with them. I have large hands as a woman of 5'10. Not man hands, but not weak girl ones either. Size 8 ring finger. They may be too big for small people.I use them at home for bbq too and will put them to use for canning at the end of this growing season. Good buy for sure.
