Great bed at a great price. It included the mattress and the box spring. Great night sleep.

Awesome mattress! Comfy and roomy. Had issue with merchant and delivery which took way longer than anticipated. However situation was made right by the merchant and actual delivery went smooth. Do recommend improved communication between merchant & delivery company. Back to the mattress.... It's a Simmons and lives up to its name

BEWARE...Don't buy! Please save yourself a headache and stay away from this seller. The mattress I got was not good quality and not as advertised! Cheap materials. No cooling gel, not plush! I feel like I'm sleeping on a wood board and it's super hot! There's also some kind of plastic inside that makes noise when you move. This mattress gave me severe back and hip pain. Just a terrible experience! I feel deceived by this company. Terrible customer service! I had to open a claim through Amazon because they didn't want to accept that I was very dissatisfied and they didn't want to pay for the return shipping. I have been a faithful Amazon shopper for years and I hope they come through and help me. If not, I'm through! Sellers like this should not be allowed on Amazon! I was forced to give one star, otherwise I would have chosen ZERO!

Doctor said get a new bed andni see how it goes. I guessed on the softness of the bed and I guessed good. I sleep great now.

I can not give an accurate review of this item I ordered the Beautyrest Recharge but was delivered the Beautyrest Silver. The silver is supposed to be a more expensive bed (by $200.00) it is comfortable but I am concerned about the reviews that the silver sags quickly. If I did not give away my other mattress and box springs I would have probably rejected the order as I did not receive what I wanted and even though the manufacturer was generous and probably thought they were doing me a solid by giving me a more expensive bed. I would have preferred to have been asked to wait until the bed I wanted was available again or whatever issues they had were resolved. August 2019 update as I was concerned the bed is sagging after less than one year of use. I now wake up with sore shoulders and sometimes achy back. I do not know if the recharge is better but stay away from the beauty rest silver. if they ship that instead send it back . and ask for what you ordered.

I’ve had this bed for 2 years and no problems at all. I sleep like a baby.
