Love this stuff ,spicy but flavorful.some powders are just hot but this one actually has flavor as well

Great to add in regular Chex mix recipe to add a little heat and more flavor. Include with regular butter and seasoning prior to baking. Big hit with family this holiday!

It's tasty and spicy but missed the acidic bite I was hoping and to get the best result rub a tbsp of apple cider vinegar to the meat before you adding the seasoning and let the meat soaks up all the seasoning about one hour in the refrigerator

Use this for great buffalo popcorn. I've tried using franks sauce but they makes the popcorn tough

I found this expensive, and after using it twice, it's just not what I was hoping for. I found that it had too much sugar. While a little tangy, and w/ sufficient heat; it caramelized a bit too much and distracted from being "buffalo" . That said, I can see maybe using it for other applications, like maybe a smoked brisket; but for wings, it was not my favorite. I do not like saucy wings. I prefer a good dry rub crispy wing, but believe I have come up with better spice blends out of my spice cabinet without the high cost.

After a couple trials, this is a wonderful spice for wings on the grill. Start lighter and move to heavier if needed…it has good spice, but can get to be too much quickly if you don’t try a couple batches to see what your favorite taste is.
