pans
I got this on sale, and so glad I bought it! The pans are sturdy, thicker than most, no rusting, great finish, and are wonderful to cook in. I use all of them (not at once) in a household of 2, and they've elevated my cooking experience tremendously. Easy to clean; I use Sponge Mama for most things. Anything stubborn, a little steel wool takes it right off. It also helps to soak the pans after they cool down. I will not use coated pans, so these are perfect for me. The sizes and varieties of the pans are perfect for my, and I'm sure many others, cooking experiences. These are so well made, they'll outlast me! Totally recommend

Amazing Quality!
I waited a while to review this because I wanted to do my homework and test it out to give this my honest opinion. We have been looking for a long time for stainless steel cookware, and saw this. We have always been Cuisinart fans for their product reliability and durability, and let me tell you, this did not disappoint!First of all, it was packaged so securely that there were no issues with damages upon arrival. I spread out the beautiful set on my table and stepped back to admire it.Then the real test came. I watched YouTube videos on care of stainless steel cookware which helped me a lot. I learned the trick of preheating the pan being used on medium heat. I did 2 minutes, and then I sprayed water using my misting bottle and saw the little water bubbles dance around the pan so I knew it was nonstick ready. And, sure enough, the food cooked beautifully, and slid right out of the pan once finished. Clean up was a breeze!I am a review reader and did read some comments about it not being nonstick and difficult to clean. But, I truly believe that doing the preheat test I described above would have changed their outcomes. I would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone, and look forward to many years of fine service. Bon Appetit!Thank you Cuisinart!

Very nice set! Great value!
I bought this set after comparing with many others not knowing if there were lids that would fit the frying pans, thinking I might have to buy some additional lids to cover them. I was pleasantly surprised that there were lids that fit included, with the exception of the smallest frying pan. They stack up beautifully to save cupboard space and the pan’s interiors are smooth. There are rivets on the inside but I don’t anticipate any issues with them. Since I bought them on black Friday it was an exceptional value! I only gave it four stars because I haven’t cooked with them yet, but I expect them to work well. Can’t wait to use them.High-quality and they look great.

Great set of stainless steel pots for the price.
I love my pots! The various sizes are great. If you heat your pots before putting food in them, the food doesn’t stick. They do heat up fast. They are easy to clean but the inside bottoms do get discolored at times. I use Bar Keepers Friend. I add a little BKF with a little water after I cleaned the pot. Just rub it around with a cloth and It shines them up like new. I have had them for months and they still look brand new. They are not the heaviest pots but do a good job. I have never made a dark roux in these pots because I have a heavy pot I have used for years to make my roux in. I think these set of stainless steel pots were reasonably priced.

Looks good, cooks phenomenally
Okay, so I ended up through the past couple years going through three yrs that’s 3 other sets of pots and pans (believe it or not) before I ended up with this beautiful Cuisinart stainless steel set and I have not had to look elsewhere since. Do I really need to elaborate? Okay just a few things, I can leave my pan in the sink if I want to because I have limitations towards mid day to night time which prevents me from standing for long periods of time. So if I don’t feel well enough to wash a few dishes, they don’t have to be. These pans allow that! My previous ceramic pot and pans were relentless and would not. I absolutely do not have to wait 90 seconds to let my pans heat up before use, (one of my ceramic sets required me to do this previously) My range runs very hot so that was very annoying and I didn’t feel quite safe doing so. So it took forever to get my pans to heat up on medium low heat. Not these stainless steel pans, not only do I feel so much better cooking with them, they are just as effective as anything else I’ve used (if you know how to properly cook in them). Non stick isn’t an issue for me personally but the trick is to get the pan hot enough, add a bit of butter or oil for base cooking to help with the “non stick”,(regardless you should be using x-vir. Olive oil anyway when you cook in stainless steel) and the ITEM YOU ARE COOKING, DONE ENOUGH (or to desired liking) BEFORE FLIPPING TO OTHER SIDE. That is imperative. If you try to flip the food before it’s had the opportunity to cook somewhat of a level of doneness, then that is on you, the food will be destroyed. This is a very large set of pots and pans, there’s every pan you need, even a large stock pot, I mean what more could you ask for in a set? It literally comes with everything, and I’m very satisfied with the very generous price I was able to get them at thanks to Amazon. I love them. And, you won’t be disappointed either:)

Extremely Disappointed with the Quality
I used these pans once and immediately regretted the purchase. Despite following all the usual best practices—preheating the pan, adding oil, managing the heat—everything stuck terribly. I was just trying to sear some simple shredded chicken, and it turned into a nightmare. No matter how much oil I used or how carefully I monitored the temperature, the food welded itself to the pan surface, leaving a burned mess behind (photos attached). Cleaning it afterward was just as frustrating—it took serious scrubbing and soaking, which is not what I expected after one use.The pans look high quality, but the performance tells a different story. I have cheaper pans that work better than this. Definitely not worth the money and not something I’d recommend to anyone who actually wants to cook without constant cleanup stress.Avoid!
