The Preacher's Daughter (Rough Riders MC) Paperback – March 22, 2018

I can’t even keep my thoughts straight on this one! Ok, beginning! I felt sorry for the heroine. Seriously, this read like the common knowledge we all have of the typical “preachers family”...good girl, do as told,seen not heard...so on and so on. Fast forward, preachers daughter gone BAD! Can I say I want a “bear” ? Like I seriously like this guy....he’s pretty cool with how he treats his employees.Dominic, oh my goodness, Dominic...he got slapped down like a little bitch, and the way angel went about it, hell yes! Girl power!! I love how she stood her ground even after he figured it out! But his patience, I wish my husband that kind of patience, it would help so much...off track, Dominics patience was unparalleled!The ending killed me, seriously hurt my soul. But the good guys sometimes do win, and thankfully this one has that. Can’t wait for the next book!

This book is on the darker side mc read. I was hooked from the beginning. I loved it. MC reads are my favorite reads and this one has it all. Will definitely recommend this book to others. Cannot wait to read the next one in this series.

The last 1/4 of this book shocked me and took a direction that I didn't see coming. The ending was a little abrupt. There should've at least been an epilogue and the situation with Georgie dealt with. It was an ok book. Won't re-read and wouldn't recommend to my friends. Not going to read the next book in the series.

If you are a fan of dark and twisty this book is for you (it’s not as dark as some but it hits all of the buttons). Angelica is the preachers daughters. Her parents are controlling to the point of suffocating, leading to Angelica running away. Torc is the Rough Riders Sargent at arms and resident psycho fixer. When there paths collide there are sparks that turn into flames of fear, anger, and hatred for the man that dares kidnap Angelica.

Angelica is everything one imagines a Preacher's daughter to be. Innocent yet wanting to rebel and repressed by parents that want her to be a show piece of what good people they are.Torq is the 100% bad boy biker and sergeant at arms for his MC.A more unlikely couple you could not imagine and yet as with all things forbidden they are drawn together through an unlikely circumstance.The book is a little long winded in places and Angelica really takes a long time to know what she truly wants.overall well written and it has it challenges that keep you reading. Would have liked the ending to b e a bit more substantial but still liked the booked

New to me author and her writing was well thought out, maybe a little wordy but still good. Loved the storyline and enjoyed the suspense. Wish the ending was a bit different though. Kinda left me hanging.

Love love love this book! I read it the first time and loved it but according to Shelly she needed to revise it and she did just that and I fell in love with all of the characters! I'm not going to spill anything but what I am going to say is I recommend this book to whoever loves bikers and their women! Shelly two thumbs up and 5 stars the wait was worth it! Thank you for being a great author and giving us great fantasies!

After waiting a year for the ending to a great story...what a let down...the ending was so abrupt...there either should have been an epilogue, or something...it was just cut off...there really should have been so much more...the story really lacked development and a full thought process....it could have been superb...
