Impossible to contact a human in their organization This is expensive stuff. It deserves better customer service. I know because I have both a Galaxy Tab S4 and a remarkble 2 and the Galaxy's pen works just fine. I found out by accident.

Please don't buy this. The pen is great, but this store is literally doubling the price. For this you can have a new remarkable AND a replacement pen!!
