i regularly use the menstrual cup. nothing is better than this alternative. Yes it requires a little practice at the beginning. But once you are comfortable in it, you will never go for the alternatives. worth the try.

Well this is my first menstrual cup so I can't say if it better than others. It was hard to put it in but I guess it's because I'm a newbie. Breaking seal is hard. But over all menstrual cup's are a great alternative. Switch as quickly as you can. It feels much hygienic and effortless.
