Works well - better than vinegar
Followed the directions on the box exactly. Seemed to do a better job of cleaning than vinegar. I think I’ll use vinegar regularly but use this a couple times a year for a deeper cleaning.

Easy to use but descaling ineffective
The product was simple and easy to use, but my machine still did not show the descaling was effective.

Works really well
My Keurig was hardly operating before I used this cleaning kit on it. It was making a loud grinding noise and barely taking up any water into the machine. I had to keep running the machine many times to get all the cleaner out, but once the water didn’t taste like cleaner, it is fully operational again. It’s back to working like it should so I would highly recommend this product.
