I've been using this for a year now and it works well. I switched from Bigen, which left my hair kinda dry and stiff. I have natural 360 waves and that was no good. This still will leave a slight stiffness (alteration in texture) but not much. Waves are on after the wash and the hair overall is almost as soft as natural. This becomes natural feelin after a few days (bigen not really). The coloring look natural and blended well, you do need 15 solid minutes if you have alot of grey otherwise you'll get some reddish-brown hairs. I am curious on the jet black, I may try it once. Overall this is solid and gets the job done as expected. The only negative I have is my last two subscriptions were cancelled - I had the 2 pack set. Looks like they raised the price, Amazon should've given me an option to order that instead of cancelling it.

This product did not perform as expected. It did not fully color my hair. I left the product on for 6 minutes, and was disappointed that it did not completely color. Looks like a 70% coloring. Will not buy again.
