Sorry I won't buy these again, yes they seem to work but these tablets stick in my throat even when broken in half... not just me my daughter had the same problem. We take numerous vitamins and minerals in tablet form every day but these are the only ones to get stuck in our throats. I will buy from same manufacturer if they do capsules or even coated, if not I will seek from another supplier as the product actually does work I have firmer stronger muscles after less than a month.... just gagging every time I take these is unpleasant

Good product - pills are on the larger side so if that’s a problem for you it may be difficult, but they are easy to split due to them having a perforation. Creatine works as intended - happy with everything

I’ve been using this creatine supplement for years now, and it’s consistently been the best option for me. Each serving provides 3000mg of creatine, which is a solid dose for my training and recovery needs. I like that it's in tablet form so it’s super convenient, especially when I’m on the go. The only minor downside is the tablet size. The serving is three tablets, which I don’t mind at all, but they are very bulky and can be a bit hard to swallow, especially without plenty of water. If you struggle with large pills, just keep that in mind. That said, the quality is top notch. No bloating, no weird aftertaste, and noticeable results when taken consistently. Overall, this is great value and a reliable supplement that I’ll keep coming back to.

If you like me and you take daily vitamins, I’d highly recommend getting these and taking them alongside the rest, while I’m at the gym, I get my creatine in no problem but on my rest days sometimes I forget it’s just as important then so these have been very helpful helping me to make sure that I’m still taking creatine even on off days.

I can swallow most tablets with ease, but these I cannot swallow. Large, chalky and its 3 a day. For a 3 month supply this is going to be difficult…
