I was able to read the instructions by taking a picture with my phone and zooming to max. The surfactant application rate is specified in tsp/gallon, the dye is in oz./gallon. How about putting them in one bottle with a dispenser for 1 gallon? The dye only persists for a few minutes after application. Don't waste your time with this product.

Blue is weak, recommend 6 teaspoons per 2 gallons.
I used 2 teaspoons of blue dye per gallon. I couldnt see where I sprayed. Best to use 3x as much as you may think, or just buy a different blue dye.

Can't see blue nowhere!
Applied 2 tablespoon to 1 gallon ( it calls for 1-2 "teaspoons ) of the dye and I still couldn't see anything blue . Save yourself your $$ and buy another one .
