I've assembled hundreds of puzzles, with my largest being a 3,000 pc Noah's Ark. It's very rare for me to not complete one, but after weeks of chipping away at this one, I finally gave up bc it just wasn't fun. Don't let my experience stop you, though. If you really want a challenge, this could be a great fit for you bc the large areas of foliage and rocks make this puppy darn hard and very slow going, even when you sort by shapes instead of just colour. Here are my pros and cons: PROS *Great quality pieces. I didn't have to do any repair jobs with glue as I often do with other brands. *A great price for such a large puzzle. *Many hours of entertainment. * The enormous size makes this puzzle very adaptable to groups if that's your preference. It filled my large white dining table, so you could comfortably position 3 puzzlers around it. *A large, full picture is provided on the front of it's large, high quality storage box. *It assembles well and breaks apart reasonably (unlike the brands that you have to rip apart while the pieces bend and tear). CONS * This puzzle is very large and will take a long time to complete, which will be a drawback if you don't have a large table that you can dedicate to it. * It's difficult to sort due to the dark picture having such large areas that have a similar pattern to them. Only a basic sort is possible at first, and even much later on, it's hard to refine your piles. *The wrong pieces WILL fit together at times... which you could either view as annoying or as part of the challenge. * It's massive size doesn't leave much room for spreading out your pieces, so I'd recommend sorting trays (or baking sheets). For quality, I'd definitely recommend this brand... but my own days of 2,000 piecers might be at an end. ;)
