I was diagnosed with PCOS in 2016. I suffer from endometriosis. I started this to boost my ovulation. Not sure I do ovulate anymore or if I am since I started this product as I couldn't test strip yet. However, this product has made me regain energy and focus in no time! I don't feel exhausted when I wake up in the morning anymore. I get things done quickly even when it's overwhelmingly a huge task to complete in very little time. I read it's a nootropic so I would highly recommend anyone going through fatigue and such to try this product! What else? I seem to think it's boosting my immunity system. Each time I travelled to a desertic country, having to use AC, and breathing the sandy air everyday, I would end up with sinusitis, cough, bad throat, this time I have none of these!

Sleep so much better, more energetic, monthly period initially scanty but nearly getting a full period within 2 months of usage. Hoping for the best usage

If you suffer with PCOS and are not getting a period then take these, they really do work! Havent checked to see if im ovulating yet but regular monthly periods make me feel normal and happy :)

I purchased this product for the first time in March 2023. I soon noticed the benefits - reduced sugar cravings, less fatigue, regulated my menstrual cycle - for the first time in 20 years!Recently purchased another similar, more expensive, product (as these were out of stock) resulting in the return of sugar cravings and a missed period. It was one of the perfect inositol with oerfect 40:1 ration and right amount of inositol in it but not anymore significantly reduced amounts of inositol now not usefull as i need to take the 40:1 ratio with atleast 3-4g of inositol in it.

I have bought this product for ages. It was the perfect 40:1 ratio. Unfortunately when j received my latest order I noticed the ratio has changed so it is no longer the effective ratio of 40:1. Such a shame and wish I had noticed before I ordered. will now need to find another brand with the best ratio proven for PCOS.
