They were very fresh and it was very convenient to be able to buy from amazon as our local shops do not sell them

A Mixed Bunch (even though they are clearly the same chillis)
These are not Scotch Bonnets. They are too large, and have no heat at all, and very little taste. They will make a pretty addition the a salad, but that's all. Heat level of a green salad pepper! Update: I tried another one, and it was fiery. It is strange,they seem to be a mixed bunch - all the same pepper, yet some are extremely mild, and others are the heat level you would expect from a Scotch bonnet...so i am amending my review!

The smell!! I feel sick
When I opened the box, the peppers were in a sealed bag. They smelt like rotting fish?? and was all damp! some rotten peppers were also found. I don't think I will be buying any more. Obviously no quality control or care was given!

These peppers were not scotch bonnets
These peppers did not have the flavour or heat of the original scotch bonnet! Was very disappointed.

i've never had or used scotch bonnets before so i don't know like anything about it unfortunately but i wanted to make jollof rice i ordered these on a whim and whoa! i didn't expect the quantity that arrived!! i thought they would come in a bag though; there were just two bits of kitchen roll and the peppers in the box, but i will wash them anyways i think theyre pretty good :)
